Asetekniikkaviikko

Elokuussa 24.-30.8.2026 järjestetään Meido-Kanissa asetekniikkaviikko, jonka ajatuksena on tulla tutummaksi aikidossa käytettyjen puuaseiden kanssa ja mietitään niiden yhteyttä bodytekniikkaan. Asetekniikkaviikko on rakennettu tavallisten treenien yhteyteen, joten jokaisessa treenissä tehdään sekä asetekniikoita että bodytekniikkaa.

Kaikki viikon treenit soveltuvat aloittelijoista edistyneemmille.

Tervetuloa oman seuran jäsenet sekä vierailijat! Puuaseita saa lainaan tarvittaessa.

Weapons Practice Week

Meido-Kan will host a Weapons Practice Week from August 24 to 30, 2026. The aim of the week is to become more familiar with the wooden weapons used in aikido and to explore their connection to empty-hand techniques.

The weapons practice sessions will be integrated into the regular training schedule, meaning that each class will include both weapons practice and body techniques. All sessions are suitable for practitioners of every level, from beginners to advanced students.

Members of our own dojo as well as visiting practitioners are warmly welcome!

Wooden weapons can be borrowed if needed.

The detailed schedule and program for the week will be announced closer to the event.
